ENTREVISTA INVESTIGATIVA E AVALIAÇÃO PSICOLÓGICA: ALGUMAS CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA AS PRÁTICAS POLICIAIS DE ELUCIDAÇÃO DE CRIMES

Resumo

O presente estudo revisa produções bibliográficas pontuais, de âmbito nacional e internacional quanto às temáticas de Entrevista Investigativa e Avaliação Psicológica. Explora estas técnicas brevemente, discorrendo sobre procedimentos e seus respectivos operadores. Após uma contextualização, avalia a pertinência de ambas nas esferas policial e judicial no Brasil. Algumas práticas atualmente desenvolvidas por profissionais atuantes nessas áreas foram abordadas. Como referencial teórico base, serve-se de textos do Conselho Federal de Psicologia, do Ministério da Justiça Brasileiro e de pesquisadores expoentes que atuam nos campos da Psicologia Forense e da Psicologia do Testemunho. A pertinência deste estudo parte da inferência prática que revela pouca atenção concedida aos cuidados que as técnicas em questão recebem e os riscos que uma inadequada utilização de ambas pode ocasionar para a sociedade.

The present study reviews specific bibliographic references, both national and international, regarding the themes of Investigative Interview and Psychological Assessment. It explores these techniques briefly, discriminating procedures and listing their operators to contextualize and, later, to evaluate the relevance of these techniques in the Brazilian police investigation and judicial procedures. Some practices currently developed by professionals in both areas will be identified. As a theoretical basis, texts from the Federal Council of Psychology, the Brazilian Ministry of Justice and leading researchers in the field of forensic psychology and the psychology of testimony are used. The importance of this research comes from the practical inference that indicates little attention given to the techniques in question and the dangers of their misuse.
