ESTUPRO DE VULNERÁVEIS EM BLUMENAU: UM ESTUDO ACERCA DOS DESAFIOS ENFRENTADOS NESSE TIPO DE INVESTIGAÇÃO

Resumo

O presente artigo, de natureza documental, apresenta uma análise de dados acerca da investigação dos estupros de vulneráveis atendidos na Delegacia de Proteção à Criança, ao Adolescente, à Mulher e ao Idoso (DPCAMI) de Blumenau SC. Aborda as dificuldades encontradas na elucidação do caso concreto e a falta de metodologia aplicada à investigação. Discute os indiciamentos que ocorreram nos inquéritos policiais instaurados e os motivos que levaram ao indiciamento ou à ausência deste. Reflete, ainda, sobre a importância dos relatórios psicológicos e sua imprescindibilidade nos casos dessa natureza. O estudo revelou a ausência de métodos específicos para as investigações, bem como indiciamentos baseados somente em relatórios psicológicos.

This article presents an analysis of the data produced during the investigation of child rapes in the city of Blumenau. The research approaches the difficulties encountered in the elucidation of the concrete case evaluating the reasons that led to an indictment or not. The study reflects on the importance of psychological reports and their indispensability in cases of this nature. Documentary research was carried out in the investigations of the police station responsible for crimes against children and women and it was observed the absence of specific methods for the investigations as well as indictments based only on psychological reports.
