A IMPORTÂNCIA DO RAPPORT NAS ENTREVISTAS INVESTIGATIVAS NO ÂMBITO DA POLÍCIA JUDICIÁRIA

Resumo: A presente pesquisa objetiva analisar qual a relevância da prática do rapport nas entrevistas investigativas realizadas no âmbito da polícia judiciária. O rapport consiste na construção de uma relação amistosa, de confiança e respeito desde o início da entrevista, entre o policial e a pessoa entrevistada. A coleta de informações por intermédio de depoimentos de vítimas, testemunhas e suspeitos faz parte da rotina investigativa das polícias judiciárias. Assim, faz-se necessário o aprofundamento do estudo quanto aos efeitos do rapport para o acesso a tais informações. Em relação à metodologia utilizada, o presente estudo é de natureza teórica, adequando-se em um método de revisão não sistemática da literatura. Diante das pesquisas realizadas, é possível concluir que uma adequada construção do rapport promove a cooperação com entrevistados, resultando em uma colheita de informações mais fidedigna e em maior número em contextos investigativos. Além disso, sua utilização evita a prática de interrogatórios coercitivos e estressores, garantindo assim respeito aos direitos humanos do entrevistado, bem como aumento da confiança da população na instituição policial.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the relevance of applying the rapport technique in investigative interviews carried out within the scope of the judicial police. Rapport consists of building a friendly relationship of trust and respect, from the beginning of the interview, between the police officer and the person being interviewed. The collection of information through testimonies of victims, witnesses and suspects is part of the investigative routine of the judicial police. Thus, it is necessary to deepen the study regarding the effects of the rapport for access to such information. Therefore, regarding the methodology used, the work is presented with a qualitative approach, considering working with a series of meanings and values, as well as having an exploratory nature, unfolding the research activity through bliographic search. In view of the research carried out, it is possible to conclude that a good rapport construction promotes cooperation with interviewees, resulting in a more reliable collection of information and in greater numbers in investigative contexts, as well as its use avoids the practice of coercive interrogations and stressful, thus ensuring respect for the interviewee's human rights, as well as increasing the population's confidence in the police.
